Hi, I am Kathleen.

My life’s work and study has always been in the healing arts, beginning with the study and practice of therapeutic fitness, yoga, and meditation. Adding to my skills and education over many years, I developed a practice as a movement therapist, combining the modalities of life coaching, therapeutic movement, yoga, pilates, orthopedic massage, breath work, mediation and energy work into one practice.

The last 10 years my attention and education has been concentrated in the areas of nervous system balancing, neuroplasticity, somatic healing, psychology, emotional development, and the study of consciousness.

One of my areas of expertise is in understanding and treating chronic illness as it relates to nervous system function, stress and trauma. I have a great deal of personal and professional experience working with health issues by healing the nervous system and psyche. I have a skill and passion for the path of transformational healing. More is possible than you know!
