With wisdom, compassion, and skills rooted in psychology, somatics, and neuroscience, I will guide you through a process of healing, discovery and change. I will help you understand that you are your own greatest healer and I will help you learn how to re-route patterns of limitation, stress, suffering, and illness, in the way that works best for you. There is no one size fits all healing protocol. Whatever motivation brought you here, my skillset is designed to bring you into greater health, more choice, and more connection with yourself, your life, and the people in it.
We all have traumas, challenges, and patterns of limitation that we grapple with in ourselves and our lives, it’s part of being human. These patterns can be emotional, psychological, behavioral, relational, or physical. When we don’t address and heal unhelpful patterns they can eventually manifest as illness. As familiar as they may feel, these patterns are not set in stone!
Limiting patterns are often (but not always) rooted in childhood experiences, traumas, and family relationships. They are like old maps that continually lead you down the same roads, reinforcing challenging emotions, limiting beliefs and unhelpful behaviors. Often referred to as conditioning, these maps create and control how you experience and respond to life in the present. Your past conditioning can be one of the biggest obstacles to creating health and well being in your life right now.
We can teach your brain and body how to create a new reality by repatterining the nervous system through conscious thought, somatic presence, and trauma processing .

WHAT TO EXPECT
I understand that each client is unique and I will strive meet you where you are on any given day to provide the support needed.
Whether your challenge is physical, emotional, psychological, behavioral, or likely a combination of these, I work with the understanding that healing and change happens when we address the whole person and look at all of the challenges as part of a related system.
While I provide direct support with creating and navigating a plan to address health challenges, I also provide deep support for the nervous system, and re-wiring of mental and emotional patterns that can keep you in a state of stress and compromised health. You cannot heal or change if the psyche is stressed and the nervous system is in overdrive.
With skillfull inquiry and experiential technologies, I will help you to tease apart patterns of suffering and limitation and the beliefs that support them. I will then guide you through a healing process that will create new positive neural pathways in your brain, aligned with your healing goals and desires. There are many co- creative and effective ways to do this. And it really works!
I will help you to integrate these changes into your life with support, consistency, and accountability. I will offer strategies and practices to help you strengthen and integrate the work we do together.
I will help you to build your health support team, if needed, and navigate the many modalities, diets, and approaches to healing that may be of benefit to you.
